A volunteer-run, registered non-profit corporation representing football in Toronto. We advocate for the game, preserve it, and grow it by removing the barriers that keep teams, athletes, coaches, and referees off the field.
Mandate
What we do
Every initiative runs through a volunteer committee with a defined focus. Nothing here is staffed; it is built by people already coaching, officiating, and running programs across the city.
- AdvocateWe speak for Toronto football with school boards, leagues, and the provincial body, so decisions about the game are made with the city's programs in the room.
- PreserveWe keep existing programs viable, which in practice means funding the equipment and infrastructure that would otherwise end a season.
- GrowWe develop and promote teams, athletes, coaches, and referees, and remove the cost barriers that decide who gets to play.
- OrganizeOur committees of volunteers each take one initiative and carry it, from equipment access to officiating development.
Committee representation
Who we represent
Our committee members come from every level of the game in and around Toronto: public, Catholic, and independent school sport, club and league football, the university ranks, and the provincial governing body.
Virtual / Once a month / Wednesday
All are welcome
The main committee meets online once a month on a Wednesday. If you coach, officiate, run a program, or simply want to help grow the game in Toronto, get in touch and we will send you the invitation.
